This Assessment and Program Package consists of an initial medical screening assessment, pain discomfort questionnaire, goal setting consultation and a customized exercise programme utilizing mobility, stability, strength and cardiovascular exercise in the appropriate levels to meet your requirements. During the course of the program you will have online support via secure log in to your ptEnhance account including videos and descriptions of all exercises, workout logs and progress statistics and messaging support with your trainer.
