This Assessment and Program Package consists of an initial medical screening assessment, pain discomfort questionnaire, goal setting consultation, nutrition and lifestyle analysis including a personalised recommendation report. Once all questionnaires have been analysed and nutritional recommendations are in place a 5-day diet diary is administered which then allows for a comprehensive 258 nutrient nutritional analysis to see where your diet could be further improved with regards the nutritional composition of your food to optimise your health and lifestyle. A report of the findings and assistance in optimising your diet including personalised recipes catering for your food preferences are provided. The package also includes a postural assessment, holistic lifestyle assessment to further assist us in constructing your customized exercise programme utilizing mobility, stability, strength and cardiovascular exercise in the appropriate levels to meet your requirements. During the course of the program you will have online support via secure log in to your ptEnhance account including videos and descriptions of all exercises, workout logs and progress statistics and messaging support with your trainer.
